We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under UK law, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods and receive a full refund. We offer an extended return period of 30 days from the date of delivery for added peace of mind.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty or not as described.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, unless the item is faulty.

Returns Process

To arrange a return, please contact us at orders@djsltd.uk with your order number and reason for return. Please do not return items to the manufacturer.

You will need to provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank — processing times may vary.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@djsltd.uk.

Sale Items

Items purchased in a sale or at a discounted rate are non-refundable, unless faulty or not as described.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email orders@djsltd.uk and send your item to:
{Your Return Address}.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll issue a gift voucher.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we’ll issue the refund to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. Original delivery charges are only refunded where the entire order is returned and within the 14-day legal cooling-off period.

If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
